This product is aimed at solving clients’ business tasks through attraction of best professionals in Russian and foreign markets. The key conditions depend on certain characteristics of the project and degree of execution complexity.

Basic stages of the project

Definition of search area (identifying source industries and companies)

Drawing up long-list

Working out long-list (interviewing applicants, introducing initial candidates to the client)

Drawing up short-list, collecting references, introducing final candidates to the client

Making decision by the client upon the final candidate

Following up the hired candidate during trial period

Term: 2-3 months

Fee: 33% total annual income of the hired candidate

Order of payment:
1/3 of the fee after providing the client with long-list
1/3 of the fee after working out the long list
1/3 after the final candidate is hired

Warranty statement: single replacement within 6 months from the moment the candidate is hired

Additional conditions: search is carried out on an exclusive basis
